Directions
To prepare the Syrup: Put all the ingredients in a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. After that, take off the burner allowing it to cool fully. Pour to a sealable bottle, cap it keeping it chilled, it can be stored for up to four weeks.
For the Premix: Pour all the spirits and syrup in a big jug, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml of the premix into your cocktail shaker containing ice, gently stirring lightly for a minute to chill. Strain to a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, decorate with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a quick spritz of mandarin oil over the top.
